SHIPPING POLICY

LOCAL SHIPPING

Local Hong Kong orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days. There is no delivery arrangement on days when our office is closed,  including weekends or HK public holidays. For example, any orders received on Friday will be processed the delivery on the following Monday.

We use SF Express for local deliveries and you will be issued with a tracking number for your order. The expected delivery day will be delayed if no one is present at the delivery address and or you do not provide a working contact phone number at the time of placing the order.

SHIPPING COST

Order below HK$350, a shipping cost of HK$40 will be charged.

Areas in Service

Delivery service is not available in the following areas:

Outlying island, Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok (including Hong Kong International Airport), Hong Kong Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Ta Kwu Ling, Mai Po, Tsuen Wan Slaughterhouse, Shenzhen Bay Port, Lok Ma Chua, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok, Lo Wo, Lok Ma Chau Spur Line and prohibited areas.
