Unless otherwise specified, no return or exchange of merchandise will be accepted.

Request for goods return or exchange will be accepted within 7 days of delivery, and goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Customers are required to email or call (852) 3619 5566 for product exchange arrangement.

Customers are required to present the original sales invoice upon exchanging the goods.

Request for goods exchange will not be accepted if the goods are found used, altered or damaged due to improper use.

MRG (HK) Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Should there be any dispute, the Company's decision shall be final.
